TintTools Guarantees our products are, durable, and free from defects.

TintTools Guarantees the products are fit for the purpose as specified in the product description. Any doubts regarding their suitability if its differs from those described in the Product description of the product, will be provided we are given the opportunity.

Returns are Accepted when

Faulty Products: Customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is found to be faulty, unsafe, or not as described.

Change of Mind: TintTools does allow goods to be returned due customers changing their mind. The refunds will be subject a restocking fee and freight costs incurred by TintTools.

Wear and Tear: Returns may not be accepted for damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

Custom Orders: Custom or made-to-order products may not be eligible for returns unless they are defective or do not match the agreed specifications.

Reporting Defects: customers are required to report any defect or issues within 7 days of receiving the goods to be eligible for a Returns authorisation.

1. TintTools Require customers to contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before returning any goods.

3. Items being returned are required to be returned in any packaging they were received if possible.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods: TintTools will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty or incorrectly supplied products.

Change of Mind: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated if goods are being returned due to a” Change of Mind “

Options Available include: repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the severity of the problem.

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or as store credit, as per the customer’s preference.

Processing Time: Refunds or exchanges once the returned items are received are processed within 5 working Days.

Restocking Fees: Restocking fees apply only to orders being returned due to “Change of Mind"
